Louis Summe

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Summe joined LiveVox in October 1999. Before joining the Company, Mr. Summe served as the Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for Physicians' Online (POL), the leading online service for physicians with over 200,000 physician members. His accomplishments include developing several market leading physician communication products (Fastview® market research and MyDoctor.com® physician web sites - sold to Aventis Pharmaceuticals for $4.5 million) and creating alliances with Merck-Medco and IMS Health. Mr. Summe was instrumental in selling POL to Mediconsult - now part of WebMD (Nasdaq: HLTH) for $200 million.

Prior to joining POL, Mr. Summe held Marketing, Product Development & Business Development positions at Merck-Medco. His accomplishments include physician and patient communication programs for Pfizer and Merck, which enrolled over 10,000 physicians, 3.5 million patients and generated $50 million in annual revenues. Prior to Merck-Medco, Mr. Summe was a Systems Engineer at EDS.

Mr. Summe holds an MBA with honors from Columbia University and a BA in Physics from Xavier University.

David Istock

Partner, Bluefish Ventures

Bluefish Ventures is a venture capital firm located in New York City and San Francisco that invests in early-stage technology companies. Prior to founding Bluefish, Mr. Istock was a Vice President in the M&A Department of the New York Investment Banking Division of PaineWebber Incorporated. Mr. Istock holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Keith Larson

Former VP/GM, Avaya CRM Division

At Avaya, Mr. Larson headed the firm's contact center division which held market leadership in IVR, Dialer, ACD, CTI and multi-channel contact center solutions across many worldwide regions. His responsibilities included managing market definition and segmentation, product management, research and development, channel readiness and product commercialization processes for the portfolio. Previously Mr. Larson was VP of Worldwide Global Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions for Lucent Technologies' Enterprise Division, was EVP/CFO for Quadritek Systems prior to it being acquired by Lucent, and an integral management team member at Astea which he helped take public in 1995. Mr. Larson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Bruce Lunsford

Chairman & CEO of Lunsford Capital

Lunsford Capital, LLC, is a private investment company headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. He is the founder and former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ventas, Inc., in Louisville, Kentucky, the nation's second largest healthcare real estate investment company (REIT). Mr. Lunsford is a certified public accountant and attorney and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University's Chase Law School.

Alex Millar

Partner, Bluefish Ventures

Bluefish Ventures is a venture capital firm located in New York City and San Francisco that invests in early-stage technology companies. Prior to founding Bluefish, Mr. Millar was an analyst in the Utilities group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Alex is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Peninsula Packaging, LLC - a manufacturer of A-PET containers for fresh foods and produce. Mr. Millar holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Rich Riley

VP/ GM, Yahoo! Small Business

Rich Riley is the vice president and general manager of Yahoo! Small Business (http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com), the Yahoo! business unit responsible for providing services that enable small businesses to get online, sell online and market online. Mr. Riley established the business unit and is responsible for the corporate strategy, financial performance, and day-to-day business operations. Mr. Riley joined Yahoo! almost seven years ago, when Yahoo! acquired Log-Me-On.com where Mr. Riley was the Managing Partner and Co-Founder. Prior to founding Log-Me-On.com, Mr. Riley worked as a venture capitalist at Whitney & Company and as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in New York. Mr. Riley graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management and serves on the boards of Wharton Entrepreneurial Programs and La Piccola Scuola Italiana.
