The Sales Engineering Coordinator is professional, highly motivated and has the ability to function well in a fast paced, dynamic, distributed field sales and services organization. Must possess excellent time management skills to manage multiple, disparate concurrent sales engineering and services activities. Communication skills required in building effective relationships with customers, partners and internal contacts throughout the company. Technical support experience and dealing with customer satisfaction is particularly valuable.

Candidates must work well within a team environment. A strong work ethic and ability to collaborate is expected.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate sales with an emphasis on the technical aspects of the solution.
Facilitate business development with ISV and SI partners.
Support Senior Sales Engineers and Account Executives in selling LiveVox Enterprise Solutions software, maintenance and services.
Ability to articulate the value of LiveVox Enterprise Solutions through presentations, demonstrations and open discussion with customers.
Develop training and / or documentation materials in-line with the specific sales and/or services opportunity requirements.
Assist in preparing responses to customer RFI/RFP's
Other duties as assigned
Provide on-call support as assigned

Requirements:

5+ years of support experience, with a minimum of three years in a dedicated support position. Telephony and/or Enterprise Applications industry experience is preferred.
3+ years of inbound/outbound call center experience
BSEE/CS/CE, MCSE or equivalent experience preferred, but not required. Additional studies in business, IT and/or marketing are beneficial.

Must have a basic understanding of several of the following technologies and disciplines:

Public, Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Predictive Dialers.
Computer Telephony/Computer Telephony Integration (CT/CTI), VoIP, SIP and next generation telephony platforms.
Automated / Predictive dialers
Enterprise Applications with a focus on Collaboration offerings (MS Exchange/MS Outlook/MS LCS, Lotus Domino/Notes/SameTime, Oracle Collaboration Suite).
Client Server Architecture (C/S) and Windows Networking.
Database Management Systems (DBMS).
