Louis Summe

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Summe joined LiveVox in October 1999. Before joining the Company, Mr. Summe served as the Vice President of Business Development and Product Management for Physicians' Online (POL), the leading online service for physicians with over 200,000 physician members. His accomplishments include developing several market leading physician communication products (Fastview® market research and MyDoctor.com® physician web sites - sold to Aventis Pharmaceuticals for $4.5 million) and creating alliances with Merck-Medco and IMS Health. Mr. Summe was instrumental in selling POL to Mediconsult - now part of WebMD (Nasdaq: HLTH) for $200 million.

Prior to joining POL, Mr. Summe held Marketing, Product Development & Business Development positions at Merck-Medco. His accomplishments include physician and patient communication programs for Pfizer and Merck, which enrolled over 10,000 physicians, 3.5 million patients and generated $50 million in annual revenues. Prior to Merck-Medco, Mr. Summe was a Systems Engineer at EDS.

Mr. Summe holds an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia University and a B.A. in Physics from Xavier University.

Larry Siegel

Co-Founder & Executive Vice President of Operations

Mr. Siegel joined LiveVox in February of 2000. Before joining the Company, Mr. Siegel spent three years with North Shore LIJ Health System (includes 13 hospitals, 75 ambulatory care centers and over 6,000 physicians) developing their physician networks. As Director of Physician Network Development, Mr. Siegel purchased 6 practices (30 MDs), 4 medical buildings and actively managed the resulting $35 million in revenues. In addition, he developed the hospital's first risk contract. Prior to joining North Shore, Mr. Siegel held product management and marketing positions at Vision Sciences where he led the launch of their disposable endoscopic sheaths including Ent EndoSheath® and Sigmoidoscope®.

Mr. Siegel holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. in Economics from Skidmore College.

Joe Gelbard

Executive Vice President, Sales

Mr. Gelbard joined LiveVox in October 2005. Before joining the Company, Mr. Gelbard spent three years as the Director of West Coast Sales and General Manager for Westwood One Radio where he managed ten sales people, grew existing business, developed new business in territories and managed a 2005 budget in excess of $21 million. Clients included Clorox, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Chevron, and Yahoo. Prior to Westwood One, Mr. Gelbard was the Manager of Broadcasting Alliances for Dotcast and West Coast Manager for Bloomberg LP.

Mr. Gelbard holds an M.B.A. from the University of San Francisco and a B.S in English from the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert K.J. Killheffer

Co-Founder & Head of Research and Development

Mr. Killheffer joined LiveVox in October 1999. Before joining the Company, Mr. Killheffer founded Event Horizon Web Productions to help large corporations build their Internet operations and presence. Event Horizon produced web sites for Avon Books, Tor Books, Newsweek and Simon & Schuster among other clients. Prior to Event Horizon, Mr. Killheffer was the head programmer at Omni Internet where he led an entire redesign of their Internet infrastructure. Prior to that he was a science writer for Omni Magazine focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Translation. The Washington Post, Newsweek, and Publishers Weekly have published articles written by Mr. Killheffer on medicine, computers, computer culture, and learning algorithms.

Mr. Killheffer holds a BA in History and Computer Science from Yale University.

Ann Marie Bellio

Director, Engineering

Ms. Bellio joined LiveVox in January 2001. Before joining the Company, Ms. Bellio spent three years with Physicians' Online (POL) as a Sr. Programmer and Technical Project Manager. At POL, Ms. Bellio designed and led development teams creating live Internet applications used by 200,000 physicians. Before joining POL, Ms. Bellio held technical positions overseeing and implementing a comprehensive custom corporate real estate database application for Mancini Duffy, an architectural firm. This application was marketed to the firm's global clients. During her career Ms. Bellio has also completed a successful installation of a money broker currency trading system for the two largest wholesale currency traders in the world.

Ms. Bellio holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Pace University and a B.B.A. in MIS from Iona College.

John McNamara

Chief Marketing Officer

Chief Marketing Officer for LiveVox and chairman and founder of Fidelis Recovery Solutions, Inc, John McNamara is a 25-year industry veteran with experience in all phases of collection and recovery operations with intense focus on technology applications.

Prior to joining LiveVox, John was COO for AMO, SVP of Operations for Nationwide Credit/ACB and VP of Operations for United Recovery Systems, LP.

John is a frequent speaker/panelist at national collection conferences. John was recently named to Collection Advisor magazine's list of the Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals for 2006. In 2007, John was appointed Vice President and Board Member of the Georgia Collectors Association.

John is a summa cum laude graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
