Dusty Whitesell Joins LiveVox as Senior Director of Sales
Industry Veteran Brings 20 Years of Operational and Sales Experience to Leading Provider of Hosted Dialing Solution
SAN FRANCISCO—January 30, 2008—LiveVox, an on-demand voice portal company delivering robust outbound, inbound and automated call distribution voice applications for the billing and collections industry, today announced that Dusty Whitesell is joining the Company as Senior Director of Sales. Mr. Whitesell comes to LiveVox with more than 20 years of experience in the collections industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Sales Management & Business Development at Asset Management Outsourcing (AMO).

Mr. Whitesell not only brings years of experience to LiveVox, but also a host of relationships developed in the collections and billings industry. At AMO, he was responsible for the company’s continued growth, both organically through current partnerships and by fostering new client relationships. Mr. Whitesell has extensive experience in performance metrics, specifically collection liquidation models, inventory control and service expectations and has utilized this expertise to consult major banks and auto finance companies with measuring agency performance, constructing service level agreements and creating accountability. He has also held operational positions at First Interstate Bank, Norwest Financial, FM Services, Payco and OSI.
