Tools For Health, Inc. (TFH) Becomes LiveVox, Inc. and Expands into New Markets

SAN FRANCISCO, CA- June 13, 2006- LiveVox, Inc., formerly Tools For Health, Inc. (TFH), a voice solutions company providing hosted and tailored voice applications, today announced its name change at the Call Center Week conference. Having specialized in inbound and outbound dialing for the healthcare industry, LiveVox, Inc. has expanded by providing contact center solutions across all industries, both domestic and international.

“The initial goal of our company was to provide outbound collections solutions for the healthcare industry,” said Louis Summe, president and chief operating officer of LiveVox. “Our success in healthcare put us in a unique position. Through our exposure to the entire contact center process, we saw a need for a tailored contact center solution across all industries. Until now, companies were either required to build their own solution or apply a generic hosted solution that sacrificed meeting their customer’s specific needs. Our name change better reflects our capabilities across all markets.”
