Number of debtor account numbers that are included in your typical outbound campaign call file.

LiveVox uses 100,000 as a default value for the number of Accounts.

 

Total number of Right Party Connects that result from the outbound calls made to the Accounts.

LiveVox estimates that there is an average of 1.2% Right Party Connects for each campaign. The number of Right Party Connects will remain the same regardless of which technology is used – premise-based dialers or LiveVox’s hosted solution

 

The estimated number of hours it takes your dialer to complete one outbound call to each Account on the call file. The hours are based on the capacity that your dialer has to make outbound calls and the number of collectors that you have assigned to the campaign

Most dialers have call capacity limited by an average of 2-3 lines per agent. This results in an average call capacity of approximately 173 outbound calls per hour per agent. Because LiveVox delivers unlimited call capacity, a greater number of outbound calls can be generated per hour, allowing more RPCs to be contacted per hour. Studies have demonstrated that LiveVox can generate more than double the rate of RPCs when compared with traditional dialers.

 

The number of collectors assigned to the campaign.

LiveVox uses a default value of ten (10) agents per campaign.

 

Average hourly cost for your collectors.

LiveVox estimates the typical pay rate for U.S.-based collectors, including company payroll taxes, averages $12.50 per hour per agent.

 

 

This is a calculated value: Collectors multiplied by the Collector Hourly Pay Rate.


 

This is the Long Distance Cost Per Minute as quoted by your carrier. This value is typically around $0.015 and $0.025 per minute and does not include taxes and tariffs.

LiveVox uses an average cost of $0.015 per minute.
